Mach-1 FX have released the all-new APEX 1:8 Wheel.
 
Designed in Australia our focus was to design and develop a wheel that provided increased stability and grip on all kinds of track surfaces. Tested in racing conditions on all track types, natural clay, oiled clay, hard packed abrasive clay as well as loose and loamy surfaces feedback from our team of drivers was, they found the wheel improved overall grip, better vehicle control and flawless performance.

Mach-1 FXs' own propriety blend of Nylon which provides us with improved stiffness and durability during the demanding race conditions.
4 low profile ribs around the external circumference of the wheel - these ribs are designed to hold the foam in the centre of the wheel during cornering ensuring control of the vehicle with increased precision.
Internal low profile reinforced ribs that provide strength to the outer face of the wheel to reduce flexing and movement as well as keeping the overall weight and rotating mass low.
The outer edge has moulded indented serrations that improve the adhesion of glue, providing increased surface area and significantly reduces glue squeeze when bonding the plastic wheel to the rubber tyre. 
The outer face highlights a slightly concave shape keeping the wheel nut recessed and protecting the hexes during any side contact.
Our bead design provides a more stable mounting surface when gluing tyres.
